Realty GroupTM ("the Company"), you agree to abide by the following

terms. These terms apply to all users, registrants, clients, and site visitors.

The Company reserves the right to update, change, or replace any part of

these terms by posting updates to its website. Continued use constitutes

acceptance of any changes.

2. Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of our products and the instant access provided, all

sales are final and non-refundable. We do not offer partial refunds for unused

content, incomplete pacing, or lack of participation. By completing your

purchase, you acknowledge and agree that you will not initiate a chargeback

or dispute for any reason.

3. Privacy Policy

We value your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal data.

4. Media Use & Release

By participating in any live session, community group, coaching call, or

feedback request, you grant Promise Land Realty GroupTM the right to record,

capture, or use your name, image, likeness, voice, and written content

(including testimonials or chat messages) for training, marketing, or

promotional purposes, in perpetuity, across any medium or platform, without

additional compensation.

You may opt out of media usage by emailing [email protected] before

participating.

5. Intellectual Property & Copyright Policy ©️

All content within the Promise Land Realty GroupTM, including video

recordings, worksheets, pacing plans, brand names, copy, images, and

frameworks, is the exclusive property of Sparkle Rattler and Attractive Agent

UniversityTM.

You may not:

● Copy, reproduce, distribute, resell, or publicly display course content

● Share login credentials or materials with anyone

● Rebrand or claim materials as your own

● Violations will be pursued to the fullest extent under applicable

intellectual property laws.

6. Educational Purpose & No Guarantees Disclaimer

Promise Land Realty GroupTM provides educational content, tools, and

coaching to support your journey toward becoming a licensed real estate

professional. We do not and cannot guarantee that you will pass any licensing

exam or become licensed within a specific time frame.

Results vary depending on personal effort, state licensing rules, prior

knowledge, study habits, and outside factors beyond our control. Any

testimonials or success stories shared by the instructor or previous students

are not guarantees of your results.

You acknowledge that Sparkle Rattler is not a state-approved licensing school

or exam provider unless explicitly stated.

7. Limitation of Liability

By enrolling, you agree to hold harmless Sparkle Rattler, Attractive Agent

UniversityTM, its team, affiliates, and contractors from any loss, injury, damage,

or claim arising out of your participation in the program, including business

decisions, exam failure, or actions taken based on the materials provided.

8. Business Identity & Affiliate Relationships

Promise Land Realty GroupTM operates as a DBA (Doing Business As) under

Sparkle Rattler Consulting LLC. We may use either name interchangeably

across communications, legal documents, and promotional materials.

We are affiliated with a network of trusted companies, including but not limited to

Promise Land Realty Group, SparkUp Media, Dominion360o, and other aligned

brands. These affiliated entities may collaborate in providing education,

coaching, marketing services, or additional resources to our clients.

Participation in this program may include exposure to or opportunities with

our partner companies. By enrolling, you acknowledge this affiliation and

understand that communication or services may be delivered through one or

more of these affiliated business entities.

9. Consent to Communication & Contact Policy

By providing your email address and/or mobile phone number during

registration or at any point of contact with Promise Land Realty GroupTM,

Sparkle Rattler Consulting LLC or any of our affiliated partners, you consent to

receive communications from us via email, SMS (text messaging), and phone

calls.

These communications may include, but are not limited to:

● Enrollment confirmations

● Course updates and access instructions

● Accountability reminders and pacing support

● Promotional offers, affiliate opportunities, and announcements

● Feedback requests, scheduling links, and live coaching reminders

You may unsubscribe from marketing-related emails at any time by clicking

the “unsubscribe” link in any message. You may also reply “STOP” to any SMS

to opt out of text communications. Please note that opting out may limit your

ability to receive time-sensitive course or support information.

We are committed to maintaining your privacy and will never sell or rent your

personal contact information. All data is stored securely and only accessed by

authorized team members or systems needed to deliver services.

10. No Guarantee of Employment or Team Affiliation

Enrollment in any course, coaching program, or educational offering provided

by Promise Land Realty GroupTM does not constitute an offer of employment,

partnership, or guaranteed placement with Sparkle Rattler, Promise Land Realty

Group, Attractive Agent University™, Dominion360º, or any affiliated brand or 

company.

Participation in our programs may provide access to mentorship, networking,

and team exposure opportunities; however, all hiring, contracting, and business

collaboration decisions are made at the sole discretion of each company and are

subject to separate qualification criteria. We reserve the right to decline any request

for partnership, sponsorship, or hiring regardless of course completion.

12. Independent Contractor Status & No Employment Guarantee

Real estate professionals who join Promise Land Realty Group™ do so as

independent contractors, not employees. Submission of an application, participation

in an interview, or enrollment in any training or coaching program does not create

an employment relationship with Promise Land Realty Group™, eXp Realty®, or any

affiliated entity. Acceptance into a program or meeting does not guarantee approval,

sponsorship, or onboarding into the brokerage. All contracting decisions are made

at the sole discretion of the company and are subject to state licensing requirements,

interview outcomes, and internal evaluation standards.

13. Application Submission Accuracy & Verification Consent

By submitting an application through our website, you certify that all information

provided is accurate, complete, and truthful to the best of your knowledge. You authorize

Promise Land Realty Group™ to verify the information submitted, including but not

limited to: real estate licensing status, identity information, résumé details, references,

and professional history. The company reserves the right to request additional

documentation or clarification at any stage of the process. Providing false, misleading,

or incomplete information may result in removal from consideration or immediate

disqualification from future opportunities.

14. Right to Decline or Discontinue Consideration

Promise Land Realty Group™ reserves the exclusive right to accept, decline, or

discontinue an applicant’s consideration at any point and for any reason not

prohibited by law. Reasons for decline may include but are not limited to: lack of

qualifications, misalignment with company culture or standards, incomplete

submissions, unprofessional conduct, or failure to meet licensing requirements.

Decisions are final and made at the discretion of the company’s leadership team.

15. Prohibited Use of the Careers Portal

Applicants agree not to misuse the Careers at Promise Land Realty Group™

website or any associated forms. Prohibited actions include submitting fraudulent

information, spamming application forms, attempting to solicit or recruit

Promise Land Realty Group™ agents, clients, vendors, or staff, or using the system

for any purpose unrelated to legitimate career inquiry. Any misuse may result in

permanent removal from consideration or further action as deemed necessary

by the company.

16. Document & Data Upload Policy

If an applicant uploads documents including résumés, licenses, identification,

certifications, or other supporting files they affirm that all documents are current,

accurate, and authentic. By submitting these documents, applicants consent to

secure storage and internal review by Promise Land Realty Group™ and its authorized

affiliates for the purpose of evaluating eligibility, qualifications, and compliance.

Documents are not shared with outside parties except systems or platforms required

to process or store the information securely.

17. Applicant Code of Conduct

Promise Land Realty Group™ maintains a high standard of professionalism, integrity,

and excellence. By engaging in the application or interview process, applicants agree

to communicate respectfully, respond in a timely manner, attend scheduled meetings,

and conduct themselves in alignment with the values and expectations of the organization.

Failure to uphold professional conduct may result in dismissal from the application process

or removal from future consideration.
